Tackling social exclusion through technology

25/03/2008 - 09:00
25/03/2008 - 17:00
Venue:
Royal Society of Arts, London
Technology features widely in the government’s drive against social exclusion. For example, technology featured in the Local Government white paper, in work leading up to the comprehensive spending review and in major reports taking forward public service transformation.

Over two years after the government’s report, “Inclusion through Innovation,” which explored the role of ICT in improving services for socially excluded groups and deprived areas, delegates at this inside government event will be able to discuss and debate the key issues.
