CDX employs seven members of staff based at our offices in Sheffield, as profiled below:
Amanda Greenwood, Chief Executive
Amanda joined CDX as Director in June 2003. She was CDX’s Development Officer until July 2001 - she clearly couldn’t stay away! Since then she’s been working in Greater Manchester as Community Development Manager for Hattersley Development Trust.

Lisa Watson , Finance Officer
Lisa joined CDX as a temp, having previously worked in the private sector, before taking on the role of Finance Officer on a part-time basis.

Denise Toone, Membership & Office Co-ordinator
Denise joined CDX in January 2002 and works on a part-time basis. Before this, she worked in the marketing department at University College, Worcester, where she was responsible for student recruitment, advertising, and the publication of the prospectus and related course leaflets. Prior to this she worked at RNIB's Education Centre based at New College, Worcester - a school for visually impaired children of secondary age.

Beth Longstaff, Policy & Research Officer
Beth joined CDX in June 2002 from the Sheffield Advice Centres Group, where she was involved in organising events such as the launch of the Sheffield Community Legal Service Partnership. Prior to this she worked as a researcher on projects including an examination of the relationship between the voluntary and community sector and the media.

Tess Humphrys, Information & Communications Officer
Tess joined CDX in April 2008. She has a journalism background and previously worked in the Media and Communications department at the University of Sheffield, working on internal communications publications and helping maintain and manage the University's media image.

Tanwir Rauf, Outreach & Support Officer
Tanwir started in post in May 2002. He worked previously for the South Yorkshire Network, working sub-regionally to develop community infrastructure. Before this, Tanwir was part of a community development team for Rotherham Metropolitan Council.

Louisa Warburton, Admin Support Worker
Louisa joined CDX in November 2006. Louisa's main role is to help out with the majority of administration. Louisa has attended a conference and AGM and is looking forward to being actively involved in future CDX events.
