We all struggle to find ways to explain our job when people ask us "what do you do then?" The number of times we've wished we'd been plumbers and could say something everyone can relate to - 'I mend leaking pipes and stop your house flooding'.
So here's a little competition - can you sum up the role of a CD worker in two short sentences?
