CD National Occupational Standards (NOS)

FCDL is being funded by CDF to develop a 40-50 page guide on using the new NOS, aimed at community development practitioners, employers/manager, policy makers and funders and other professions. Anna Clarke (Learning for Change), who has been commissioned to undertake the work, is looking for examples of how the NOS, previous or current, have been used, for example around workforce development, planning/evaluation, training/learning, evaluating training and managing own development/practice reflection.
