YHCDN Event: One Day Workshop on the New Localism Bill
YHCDN are holding a FREE one-day workshop for for rural community development practitioners on the implications of the new localism bill on February 25th 2011 The Courtyard, Goole.
The Localism Bill is currently making its way through Parliament. The Bill had its first reading in the House of Commons last month, and its second reading will take place on Monday 17 January 2011. Soon after that, the Bill will enter the Committee Stage. The Bill proposes new rights for local charities and community groups. Join YHCDN to discuss the implications for rural Community Development practitioners.
