The day will bring together all those involved in the YHEP to celebrate its achievements and look forward to future ‘working together’

It will also feature the launch of YCAN: Yorkshire Community Activists network - A new network for community group members and activists in Yorkshire and Humber, established by the Community Panel. Help with travel costs may be available for unfunded community groups.
