As funders move away from awarding grants, commissioning is the future – but are you ready? If your organisation has little direct experience of commissioning, this event will give you the chance to find out more, helping you to achieve more successful tendering and more effective delivery.
This event, aimed at trustees and managers from voluntary and community organisations or social enterprises, will give access to a range of interactive workshops on topics relating to the commissioning agenda. Participants will be able to ‘pick and mix’ which modules they attend, tailoring their choices to their own needs and concerns.
