Why should I join CDX?

Become a member of CDX and add your voice to a diverse membership that contributes towards national policy and helps shape the future of community development.

By becoming a member of CDX you join an active network of like-minded people and organisations, all committed to achieving social justice and true community empowerment.

Not only that, but you will:

• receive a quarterly copy of CDX Magazine, and have the chance to write for it. Email the CDX office for a sample copy
• receive monthly email bulletins and policy briefings to keep you up to date on the most relevant community development information
• get free information sheets and publications to help you and the communities you work with better understand community development
• benefit from discounts on publications, CDX events, seminars and workshops
• be able to network with, and learn from, other community development workers at local, regional, national level
• have access to resources such as strategies and toolkits to help in your community development work
• be able to have CDX staff available free of charge to speak and run workshops at your events
• gain advice and support from CDX
• have opportunities to shape the future of CDX by electing, or taking part in, the Board of Trustees (more information on this on the CDX Structure page)
