National, regional and local government is increasingly recognising the fundamental role that community voices, particularly community anchors, can play in building cohesion and tackling disadvantage. This conference will build on the Third Sector Strategy to challenge assumptions about democracy, participation and influence within our communities and ask questions about where the real power lies to transform neighbourhoods.
